What does my donation support?
Donations support GiveCause Foundation’s charitable work. You can select a focus area such as education, hunger relief, health and wellness, community empowerment, emergency humanitarian aid, or family and essential resources. Unless a specific restriction is expressly confirmed in writing, funds may also support related charitable purposes and reasonable delivery or operating costs.
Can I donate to a specific program?
Yes. Choose a program on the donation form. If you arrive from a program page using its Donate Now button, that program should be preselected so you can review it before payment.
Can I make a donation in honour or memory of someone?
Yes. The donation form supports one-time gifts and recurring monthly, quarterly, or yearly gifts, as well as optional “In honour of” and “In memory of” choices, an honouree name, and a short dedication message. These details are used for donation administration and are not automatically published or sent to another person.
Can I enter my card details on this website?
The secure payment form is embedded on the donation page. Payment details are collected by the payment provider and should not be sent to us by email or through the general contact form.
Will Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay be available?
Available payment methods depend on the payment provider account configuration, eligible country and currency, browser/device, and domain verification. These methods must be enabled and tested in the provider dashboard; they are not guaranteed to appear for every donor.
Will I receive a receipt?
Enter a valid email address in the donation form. Acknowledgements or receipts may be provided where available. If you do not receive a message or need help locating a donation, contact foundation@givecause.online with the date and amount and any transaction reference you have.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Give - C, LLC (EIN 33-3153641), the legal entity operating GiveCause Foundation, is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to GiveCause Foundation are intended to be tax-deductible charitable contributions to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please keep your donation receipt; deductibility for an individual gift can depend on your circumstances and applicable tax rules. Consult a qualified tax adviser for advice about your specific situation.
Can I make a recurring donation?
Yes. Choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly on the donation form. Recurring gifts are billed automatically by Stripe at the interval selected until cancelled. Please contact foundation@givecause.online if you need help managing a recurring gift.
Can I change or request a refund for a donation?
If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or unauthorized, contact us promptly. We will review the request under applicable law, payment-provider rules, and recordkeeping requirements. A refund is not guaranteed.
How can I volunteer or partner with the foundation?
Use the Get Involved page or contact form to tell us about your skills, organization, or idea. Opportunities depend on confirmed activities, safeguards, and current capacity; submitting an enquiry does not guarantee placement or partnership.
How do I ask a question about privacy?
Read our Privacy Policy and email foundation@givecause.online with your question or request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where required by law.
